Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us via email at beaconauthorityinc@beaconauthorityinc.com. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Please Note: Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and if we cover the initial shipping costs, they will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are returned without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at beaconauthorityinc@beaconauthorityinc.com.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is defective or damaged, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. We kindly ask that you return the defective or damaged item in its original condition and packaging. If we determine that the item is not defective or damaged, we may not be able to issue a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the return process.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at beaconauthorityinc@beaconauthorityinc.com.
